I have called and left several messages trying to get someone to call me back. I wanted to build several cabinets in my home and it appears that Hopco is not taking on any new business. I would never do business with them because someone who is in business who will not call someone back is a terrible business. There is no excuse for unprofessional behavior.

If you need to rent ANY kind of equipment (they have a LOT of handy stuff!), these guys are the best! Helpful staff, friendly and VERY reasonably priced rentals. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed on the customer service. We rented a hammer attachment for almost $300 for a full day rental. Upon arriving at jobsite, we couldn't hook up the hydraulic hoses. We spent a big part of the day on the phone with them, and eventually had to return it. Their worker even had problems, confirming that it took him 14 minutes and several hip thrusts to hook it up. We then asked for either our money back or credit for a future rental. They denied both. Their equipment here is not maintained, and it is a crap shoot if you will have problems with it. When you do, they will not make it right, and you’ll be out all of your money for the rental and wasted time. Called back several times over a week, and they gave us the run around, being told that owner or management would reach out to us and they never did. Bad business that has LOST my company's business for good!!

Very disappointed on the customer service and so called company policy’s. We rented a skid steer with a hammer attachment for approximately $600 for a 8 hour rental. Upon arriving at jobsite we noticed air leaking on a one of the back tires at a consistent rate. Instead of working with a hole in the tire, We immediately got it back onto trailer and returned it to equipment store . We asked for a tracked skid steer instead and they said they didn’t have one available. We then asked for either our money back or credit of $600 for future machine rentals. They denied both and only gave us the option of refunding $160 out of the $600 . They decided instead of charging us a 8 hour rental only to charge us a 4 hour rental. Keep in mind the machine was used less than 30 minutes in total from the time we had it. Check the equipment before you rent from this place and make sure it’s working before you leave otherwise you’ll end up like me.. was also told that owner or management would reach out to us and they never did . Called back twice and they gave us the run around.. Bad business.

Make sure you fill out the auto draft paper work so that the water office can make sure that they don't auto draft from your account. This way they can turn your water off for free and ask for $30 to turn it back on.

Website doesn't work, expects me to pay all bills in person but are only open through hours when people have to work (8-5). Wouldn't be a problem if the website worked but God forbid anything is functional at this establishment.

Three people I know, including myself, filled out papers to do auto draft. After a couple months of not seeing a bill they did not send one or sent it to someone else. Office also did not pull money from account. So there are of course fines and fees. After shown where and when paperwork was done and deposits were made, eyes just roll and no explanation is given. If you do anything with this office, take pictures and keep receipts.

I called because I had a concern on where my $600 plus in credit went on my account. The account said we used 50,600 gallons of water in August at our house. We did not have water hooked up to our house (that was being built) yet. I was told we must have left a hose running for multiple days. Again, water not hooked up to house yet. I was then told that there must have been a leak on my side of the water meter that Brinker installed. If that was the case, then who fixed it since water would continue to leak at the same rate. My general contractor had no plumbers working our area at that time. Brinker representatives were supposed to talk to the manager and get back with me, but they have decided to ignore us and this issue.

Classic Truck & Trailer repair is truly a Class act! We broke down and Nathan took care of our issues quickly and went above and beyond my expectations. Nathan is a one-man army and I found him to be very honest. He fixed our C-12 Cat in the back of a dusty parking lot in conditions that were anything but ideal. It wasn't a minor repair either, it required turbo removal and most other parts on the right side of the engine. There were several gallons of oil in the coolant, and he knew right away what it was. The repair was costly, but it was mostly the parts. His labor rates are better than anyone else in the area, and I called them all. Any work you need done in the Greenville area, call Classic. He will take care of you right. The truck has ran flawlessly since it left his care.

Everyone here at Shirley Water has been so helpful and friendly to us from day one. We purchased land here in Arbala in Feb. of 2023 and they were the first most welcoming group we’ve dealt with here. We appreciate everyone here that has helped us become established here. Special recognition for Jennifer , she has helped us through the entire process of having a meter installed and billing she has always been prompt and done what she said she would do.

When professional companies want customers to take action, they send out emails with [ACTION REQUIRED] in all caps and big, bold letters in the subject field. Not Shirley Water Supply Corporation! I was on autopay, so I never worried about not paying my bill on time. Shirley sent out a notice stating that they were switching billing companies. What they failed to emphasize was that customers' data was not being auto-switched over (I've actually had situations, with other companies, in which customers' data was auto-switched over, and the customer simply needed to understand why they would suddenly be seeing a new "name" when they would be making payments). So I believed the notice was simply an FYI. Thus, I was very upset when I received a late fee and shut-off notice for not paying my bill! Apparently, I had to log in and manually switch my data over to the new billing company, but that information was buried somewhere deep down in the notice. When I contacted Shirley and informed them that I simply did not realize that I was required to take action and asked if the fee could be removed, the woman on the phone was very rude and simply stated that it could not. Again, most professional companies are very clear to their customers when action is required and they send out multiple notices ahead of time; they don't send out general emails which can easily be overlooked (especially when Shirley is constantly sending out notices to inform customers of water main breaks). This "company" is unprofessional and the quality of their service is comically poor!

I use to prepay my water bill for the whole year, I have never been late paying my bills. I was super happy to finally be able to pay online. I posted my payment online, and enrolled in autopay. Just a few days later received subject to cutoff account passed due note telling me that they don’t have auto pay and they don’t know who was I paying my bills to. Is this some kind of a joke?! What kind of a company is this?

Wood & Wood Plumbing responded to a service call to my home, ran a rooter through the sewer vent on the roof, and broke my AC condensate line. The plumber mentioned losing several rooter heads “at the clog” but I later found them in the wall, just below the shattered condensate line. The broken piping resulted in a leak that destroyed our discontinued flooring. Despite multiple attempts to discuss this further, they have made no efforts to compensate us for the damage clearly caused by their team. I’m glad to see others have had success using this company but my experience doesn’t even deserve the one star Google forces me to submit.

Update December 2024: These folks are amazing. I called them Thursday afternoon about a leaking faucet and they sent Caleb out within 24 hours to replace it. The work is always done right with care given to clean everything up and make it as good as new. I'm the last 2 and a half years, they've replaced 2 propane water heaters and another leak service after a hard freeze. I'd expect the bill to be high for this level of work, but they're very reasonable. Not cheap, but very fair for what they do. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else in the future and highly recommend them. ---------------- Original post: Called them for a quote last night and they called back within an hour and provided a good price for the job. I called 2 other places that responded over text, but still haven't gotten back with a quote. Wood and Wood has already completed the job. They sent 2 people, both professional and polite. They got the new heater installed and working quickly. Looks great, works great! I'm impressed with them and will definitely call them again when we need them.

Caleb and Hayden did a great job! Very professional and knowledgeable. Replaced our entire sewer system in just one day crawling under a very tight crawl space! Highly recommended!
